Student, Parents, and Guardians,
Beginning this year, we are having parents sign off on a physical hard copy of the random student drug testing form that is required for all students who will be participating in extracurricular activities (athletics, clubs, student organizations, co-curricular groups), and driving to school. Parents may also volunteer their student(s) for the random student drug testing if they are not involved in any of the above activities. Forms have been emailed to all HS parents grades 9-12.
Fall athletic practices officially begin Monday, August 4, and our first student day will be Wednesday, August 6. Students will not be allowed to drive to school or participate in extracurricular activities until they have a signed form on file. Copies will be available in the office for you to pick up if needed. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am - 3 pm. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 812-384-4550.
